Thank you for posting this demonstration video!
I have a low miles 2015 Laramie Longhorn that needed the cushion replaced, and this video helped me get this done. I almost had the original cushion out without removing the seat, but one trim screw was inaccessible because of the center console...was able to finish this task by walking the seat rearward to access that last screw, swapped out cushions, start to finish was about 5 hrs...after riding around on the local lumpy roads, this was an excellent investment for my back...thanks again!!

So not dissing the video but I just swapped out my cushion in about ten mins. I didn’t remove the seat. Simply pulled the cover clip off the front of the seat and worked the cover off between the driver and passenger seat. I did not remove the cover from the drivers door side. Didn’t need to. Removed the fasteners holding the seat cover to the old cushion and pulled the cushion out. Worked the new cushion in and replaced my seat cover.

Great video. My leather on the drivers side is wearing & tearing, so this helps me decide if I want to get a new cover & do it myself or pay to have a new one put on 🤔

Good video, but I paid someone $50 to do mine and his quality of work was undoubtedly higher than anything I could’ve done, so it’s far worth it just to pay an upholsterer

This will help me a lot . I’m getting limited seats for my single cab and they will come from a wreck yard and they will need a deep clean. Does the ventilated seats come from the seat and also from the back? Or just the seat?

@@DiyRVandHome thanks for the reply. I will find a way to clean the wholes since it had a lot of dust. I just need to find the leather dashboard with limited harness on it since that’s what am I doing to mine .
