Here I unbox the Western Riding Adventures set 42578, first released in 2022! This set is still quite new and is still available to purchase new :)
I love this set I think it's a sweet little western set! The tack is really nice as well as all the details on the figures. You get quite a few figures in this set! The dog, calf, person and horse! I really love the colour on the horse I think he's so pretty! I wish the paintjob was a bit better on mine around the mane but he's still cute! :)

The horse model is actually not as bad as I thought. I am not a fan with how shiny they are these days. The spray paint on the mane isn’t that great either. But it’s still a pretty model.

Yes I do prefer matt. I would have liked him to have some shading but I still think he’s sweet! It’s a shame about the mane, I don’t know if other people have had the same thing happen, maybe it’s just my particular model. But I still really like him 😄❤️

I don’t have that by the mane, Sadly yours has it but it is still a really pretty horse! But I don’t know if you noticed but that calf is not the same as on the box which is really weird, Cz I bought that same set a couple months ago and i got the same calf as you. But if you search this set up on google you can see on the images that on every image is a different calf.

I guess I was just unlucky with the horse but I do still really like him so I don’t mind it too much 😊 Oh yes I do remember seeing that the calf is different from people unboxing this set on Instagram when it was brand new. Apparently I forgot about this when I boxed it 😂 (I actually filmed this video at the end of last year 😅). Yeah it is kinda strange 🤔
