I was of a generation when Filipinos want to be talked about internationally because there was hardly anything about us at all and people used to be like “Filipino?”, so it’s a nice change to hear about us being talked about now - being acknowledged that we exist! I know right? This what I was saying when my friend and I were discussing “pinoy baiting” in the context of beauty pageants. We are always at the forefront of things so it is very difficult not to say anything about out delegates at times. Perhaps there are some who does this but not not someone like Sierra who is actually a beauty queen to begin with, and has a connection with the Philippines for that matter.

Pinoy baiting? How can one even talk about beauty pageants, especially MU without talking about the Philippines candidates? We do so well each time, and the queens work super hard to make us proud. 🥰
I know right? This what I was saying when my friend and I were discussing “pinoy baiting” in the context of beauty pageants. We are always at the forefront of things so it is very difficult not to say anything about out delegates at times. Perhaps there are some who does this but not not someone like Sierra who is actually a beauty queen to begin with, and has a connection with the Philippines for that matter.
I've watched all you videos since you started this channel. And one thing that made a difference is that you are genuine and honest with your opinions. You are sharing positivity which is important. You've been an inspiration to many, I know because I've been inspired by the wisdom in your words!

Because I love Catriona, and to me she’s still the reigning Miss Universe even if Rabiya wins MU2020, she’s my favourite and will always be my favourite and her impact will forever be present! I love Zozi too, she’s an amazing Queen. Me saying Catriona feels like the reigning Queen has nothing to do with Zozibini as a Miss Universe. They are both different, and unique in their own ways.
