    As smart investors who understand the true value of the underlying business, we never let the current market price guide us into the quality and success of our investments... we allow the market to serve us.....we take advantage of the emotions and stupidity of others to add great companies on the cheap.

      A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.

    Munger and Buffett have both achieved an incredible feat with Berkshire. They've turned thousands to billions, and have made a lot of people wealthy in the process. I really saw the potential of the stock market by reading Berkshire's annual letters. I recently sold my $674k apartment in the Bel Air area and I'm hoping to throw it into the stock market. Most newbies either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

    In my opinion, the most popular investment portfolio strategies include diversification, where you spread investments across different asset classes to manage risk. Another is the growth strategy, focused on capital appreciation through high-risk, high-reward assets. Income-oriented strategies target regular income from dividend stocks or bonds. Finally, there's the value strategy, seeking undervalued assets for potential long-term gains.

    • @tommyers0
      @tommyers0 Год назад +5

      According to Warren Buffett, dividends are less valuable for growing businesses and more suitable for established ones. Investing in companies that offer dividends might be seen as parking capital for steady returns, especially for those relying on portfolio income. This approach resembles bond investing, serving as a means of generating consistent earnings.

      The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.

      It helps to invest in companies whose products or services are interesting to you and in which you can see potential value. Or else low risk boring stocks and ETFs, whose outputs are necessary inputs in other supply chains. Ex: apple; look into the components which apple outsources. I think the stock market will go sideways or down just slightly over the next 6 months. I'm hopeful there won't be anymore interest rate increases. The restart of student loan payments should be more than enough to get inflation in check. Personally, I think student loan payments should have resumed a year and a half ago. We probably could have avoided a lot of the inflation that has occurred over that time. It may have even been "transient" inflation as many were calling it back then. Early/mid 2024, interest rates should start dropping and the stock market will head to the moon. when news gets bearish start buying. "Keep it simple simple" that bear/ correction was the best thing that happened me.

      Whitney Kay Stacy is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..

      Sorry for bumping…..but Are you interested on how to really achieve financial freedom I’m just saying because I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence she helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx $850k

    How do rules #1 and #2 work together?
    Rule 1 "Be ready if your stock goes down 50% -- you're holding for ten years"
    Rule 2 "Cut your loses!"
    Can you please explain?

    I drove my first car in my dad's name and later went to get a truck in mine after I paid off my first one and drove off the lot with the truck I wanted, its mostly about a good credit score and a loan portfolio helps as well...lenders like to see various forms of loans in your name to be less of a risk and yes you might have to put money down but not HALF of the car loan Your exactly right I screwed my credit as a young man now I own a detailing company and can't get anything with out the full amount of cash. I'm working on my credit to get better with , Love the knowledge keep it up *VRI TOKEN*

    I really appreciated this video, as a medium-term *VRI TOKEN* holder. I know you commented on not many people paying attention to this, but it was very relevant for holders such as myself. After watching your thoughts, I willbuy more. I also remember your earlier assessment. This will crush the market.
