First impression videos don't contain any notes regarding fit? Is it narrow, medium, or wide in the toebox?

Usually it’s included but looks like it slipped my mind this video, these are a little more narrow especially compared to the Zoom Freak 4’s and toes go about right to the end so may want to try a half size up if you like extra room to play in 👌🏼
