I would suggest you now put focus on yourself, begin the healing journey of healing each traumatic event. Trauma must be processed and released, I suggest you begin by buying an exercise book and start writing, psychology says writing helps one process and release trauma and while you write you are able to recall other traumas trapped in your body. This will also see patterns and affirm that indeed this is abuse! Other steps include looking for a therapist but trauma informed therapist, as you go on you will get other tools to help you, healing gets easier when you start processing, it’s always a lifelong thing but it gets easier as we go. Sometimes we are forced to accept painful realities like we don’t have that ideal family i.e no mom to call or talk to even though they’re living. (This is a painful reality for some). You’re mom and sister heavily portray antagonizing personality disorder. Sending love, peace and power to you. Also one thing you need boundaries with toxic people, we all do.

Some sisters are like devils. I went through the same incident, but mine was nudes. She used to send him nudes anatumiwa pesa.. one day my husband couldn’t cold it anymore he told me everything. I faced rejection when I was so young. It always felt like everyone around me hated me. That made me have a low self esteem. But the good thing that the rejection did...it made me stronger. I developed a love for books and I would run to my books to escape the negativity around me. Throughout high school, I was top of my class. Then after form four, I gave my life to Christ and everything changed. There is nothing as beautiful as being accepted by Christ even when the world rejects you. Monica, I resonate with her very well coz I've faced the same rejection from my mother to the point of doubting if she's my biological mother. My mother is a reverend in the ACK church but whenever I've disputes with my siblings, she always concludes I'm the bad one. It’s very touching to see how her early childhood rejection continue to haunt her. I wonder if parents with kids listening to this interview will change their behavior towards their kids. Childhood is only 18 years! As parents, please sacrifice for the kids by ensuring they’ll not have wounds to deal with for the rest of their lives. For a very long time in my life I thought I was friends with my siblings until 2018 when my Baby brother got married n my sister n mum didn't like the lady. They made it their business to frustrate her n turned even my brother against her. But I was not part of that. We had a major difference of opinion because I couldn't understand why they wouldn't allow the young man n his wife be n let them make their own mistakes... The lady sought refuge in my home n that's when I realized how deeply divided we were as siblings. They all ganged up on me. Mum,bro n sis. My siblings would insult me using my past. Imagine my own baby brother calling me a prostitute😫😫😫... I expected mum to intervene and solve it but NO.... she took their side. It was painful. That is when I discovered that I was the only one who regarded them as family... They never saw me as part of them. My heart broke. Since 2018 to now it has been a journey. A journey of letting go and detaching from them. Its has not been easy. It hurts but I had to heal for my sake n my sons sake. Now I have managed to let go n love them from a distance for my peace.... Its not easy but Jecinta you can detach... Slowly but surely.
