In light element she is the only one with that ability so there is no character that reaches that level of damage. What you can do is choose a character with a high level of damage, the ones I consider the strongest in this are: Aglovale (Valentine), Kumbhira 5★, Cosmos, Ragazzo (Summer), Lucio 5★ 🧐
