    Sandra Kim has also made a video of her Eurovision entry that year, she still sings with the French lyrics to her song, but it has brilliant quality in sound and picture

      Well, if you were on the jury, you'd know that in 1986 you HAD to vote for EVERY song.
      Each juror gave each song a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5. So you would have voted for Norway, just 1, 2, 3 ,4 or 5.

    It is beautiful to hear Norwegian sung at the contest, but perhaps more people would have appreciated and voted for the song with this English lyric? It is good to be able to catch the humour. Anyway , well done Ketil Stokkan because this is a really enjoyable video.

      Back then you had to sing in your native language. Which I preferred.

      The English version is the B side of the Norwegian single.
      I always felt that the English version. was a weaker vrsion of the song

    In circa 1895 when W. Shakespeare wrote his plays, including "Romeo and Juliet", there was always a man, male person, playing the female role(s) in the theaters. Right?

    • @TomislavSHprajc
      @TomislavSHprajc 7 лет назад +2

      In that time,I think-yes,mr.Stokkan.

    • @RohenKapur
      @RohenKapur 6 лет назад +2

      You're thinking more 1595 I think, 1895 was Victorian times ;o) , but yes at that time young men would play the female parts.

    I loved the song but prefer it in Norweigan ( a language that i don't speak!). One of the Eurovision classics and the first time drag queens appeared in Eurovision.
