    It’s a SHAME that politicians are NOT helping the housing crisis in Hawaii by ALLOWING these types of projects WHICH I’m sure will cater mainland or foreign buyers.

    Damn. Thats how much $2.5M gets you? Most Hawaiians wouldnt be able to afford that. I could get a 2 acre lake front massive mansion in Lake Las Vegas for that price!

      How does this help Ewa? Only 32 units… and at that price point, how does that help with the housing crisis on the island?

    I really wish housing were more affordable for native Hawaiians...

    • @danielfcoronado49
      @danielfcoronado49 3 месяца назад +1

      Why is it that “native Hawaiians” can’t be able to afford this? How many years decades have gone bye since natives have had the opportunity to progress and succeed? It’s a shame that if something is expensive the natural response is that native Hawaiians won’t be able to afford it? Sounds like a stereotype that only the native Hawaiians are responsible for.

      @@danielfcoronado49 Oh please quit talking out of your ass. There are LOTS of Native Hawaiians that are successful, but it is STILL difficult to afford to live in Hawaii. Why are you so triggered over someone else's concerns for Native Hawaiians? The average house here is 2.7 times more expensive than the national average. Yet, you need to ask such a stupid question? Clown.

    What ever happen to the plans of having a walking path from pupu street to white plains beach? Various picnic tables, green lawns, restrooms and showers. Like Ala Moana Beach Park. The first section of hau bush was to be ocean pointe private beach side facility? Promises never materialize

    Hau Bush, never thought it would be selling for 2.5M. I live in Waikele on the gulf course with is bad enough. I want to buy in Hawaii Loa Ridge, Kahala or Black point but the wife does not want to live there. You know the saying happy wife happy life.

    Big giant NOPE. Besides the traffic in and out and your homeless neighbors you get to enjoy the New Years in Ewa. The place turns into a illegal fireworks war zone. You’ll especially enjoy the mortar type ordinance the will literally shake your house. Oh yeah, the price is a total ripoff. Enjoy!
