Hi everybody,
As you all may already know I’m going to take my first long break from editing this year. Dunno yet if I won’t edit for the full year or just a couple of months. That depends on the progresses I’ll make with my novel within my break.
Anyway, as some kind of “Bye-for-now-see-ya-soon” gift to all of my followers, supporters and friends I met in the last eight years of nonstop editing I present you the best AMV, I’ve ever did till now. Maybe some of you will disagree with me at this point, but for me it’s my masterpiece. Why? Because it’s dedicated to one big moment in my life, which made me who I am today.
First of all ... Till now there was only one other project which meant so much to me and that was my "Don't Forget About Me" AMV which I made in the past in dedication of all my friends from school, after we passed the exams. It meant the world to me, because it was a special way for me to express my feelings about all the changes which layed ahead of us. Just as a reminder - The "Don't Forget About Me" AMV took me more than a whole year to finish it! And so did “Draw The Line” now, on which I started to work on in November 2015.
And this AMV is even more important to me! It describes perfectly what happened lately in my family, but that's not even the reason why I started this project. I started this video because this song also describes perfectly the relationship between me and my best friend, who is just like a sister for me. It stands for the darkest - and in some way also the brightest - hour in our relationship. How desperated, how weak and also how stubborn she once was. She was blind, always running after the same guy, who treat her like shit. I always tried to reason with her, but without success ... At one point, I couldn't take it anymore. I had to draw a line. For her own sake. So I finally found the strength to tell her how I felt about this whole situation. That I couldn't watch how she destroys her own - body and soul - anymore and that I lost my respect for her. I told her that I couldn't be a friend with someone who don't respect him(her)self. Because I know, if you don't respect yourself, than you don't respect others. So I left. Leaved her behind. Tears were running in her eyes, she cryed out loud. But I did not look back.
At that point I thought that's it. Our friendship is over. The next day someone knocked at my door. It was her, telling me she left her "boyfriend" and that she felt sorry for her foolishness. That lays almost four years in the past now.
And today? Today our bond is stronger than it ever was.
My AMV "Draw The Line" is a dedication to one of my darkest hours. To a moment at which I thought I would have lost one of the most important persons in my life. But it turned out in the other direction. And I'm thankful for it. And even more greatful for my courage. The courage to 'draw the line'!
Because of that our friendship now is stronger than ever before. And that's what this video is about ... To make a stand! If life gets tough, don't run. Don't hide. Make a stand for what you believe in ... Draw The Line!
And at least ... I would love it, if you may share this AMV of mine. To spread the word and to get this band the attention they deserve. I hope I can count on everyone of you! :)

What an amazing AMV, I could feel the emotion you put into this video^^. The description nearly made me cry, wow...thank you for this awesome ride of feelings :).
So, after recently falling in love with One Piece again, I decided to check out your channel once again. I've seen this upload and I already knew, without looking into the description which song it was. I loved every second of it and after reading the description, I'm even more shocked. Shed some tears here and there and overall loved it. Hope you do come back someday!

I've read the description and then watched the video. This is why I subbed you in the first place that day of 4 Years ago, when I wasn't neither a youtuber. Just simply a masterpiece. Nothing else to add.
Take you time to relax and recharge batteries and when you will feel that you can't contain anymore the desire to edit, because believe me, it will return (it happened to me during the 2014 when I stopped for more than 1 year), then you will come back with a stronger editing and above all a new stronger passion :)...It worked like this for me

And well, the passion isn't the problem at all, it's just that I want to focus on something other - something even bigger for me - in the next time. I tried the last months to do both, writing and editing, but had to admit, that it doesn't really work out, because of the time it both costs. So I decided for myself to focus right now on the one thing, before I'll be back and focus on the other thing again :)

Yes, I work on my own novel. It'll have a dark fantasy setting and it's working title is called "The age of oppression", but dunno yet if the title will stay xD
