John Doe the seat kit is the standard Harley Davison solo spring saddle kit you could fit on a softail. Part number is 52004-25

Yes, it has shocks. But it got lowered.

It‘s the standard FatBoy front fork. Only change is color (matte black) and a lowering kit.
