No it wouldn’t work because of 3 reasons: 1. The stare requires people to look in to ghostriders eyes. 2. The stare uses the Christian meaning of sins, as DD is an out going Christian and is constantly part taking in confesion and praying it should technically cancel out. 3. He was only stopped and killed when the main Deadpool helped the fight and the Deadpool that you follow in those stories realizes that he doesn't have plot armor anymore so dp kills him. And this wasn't with any extra powers either, he just destroyed everyone with his fighting skills, healing factor and lots of guns. The dude killed spiderman with a single bullet. He actually managed to kill venom, not with fire or sound, he just fucked him up off panel and left him strewn across a building. I love deadpool as a character. Ironically he's probably the most realist version of what would happen if someone went through a super soldier program as it made him fucking insane but gave him his power, also he's a bit sympathetic since he hates himself and hates his appearance so much that he rarely takes off his mask, he also hates being a fictional character since he views it as suffering for the enjoyment of others.
