If I'm not mistaken, a non local pays Rs 50 to visit and explore Khonoma Village (free for Locals) and if you visit Dzuleke for picnic, some charges will be paid also for both locals and non locals. And I don't think you need a big budget, you just have to adjust a vehicle from your end. Do visit this beautiful village. 👍
