Great video, thanks! I love Notion. I've recently also discovered Capacities and it seems to stick even more with my ADHD brain.
It's similar to Notion but with a focus on individuals. It's even better for journaling as Notion (has for example daily notes built-in and a WhatsApp integration) and introduces the concept of "Objects" for intuitive organization of your content.

Why did you create a different database for moods and energy? could you just add a property to the journal database? A select property.

Is there a reason for using relations for Moods and Energy instead of just tags? Is it just for the aesthetics? (e.g. customizing text and emoji color)
Personally, I like to be able to go into the Energy and Moods databases and see the days I was feeling those things. It's just a preference you definitely could use select properties for it if you wanted

@@sanje_23 the databases are stored elsewhere. the properties are relations so i can relate my mood and energy to my journal entry

@@sanje_23, u can delete it if you don't prefer to have it. then just use tags for your properties. but if you value aesthetics and want to keep the emojis but don't want to see them on your page, you can turn it into a page and then put it inside a toggle list so that you can hide/unhide it.
