Signs Your Phone May Be Being Spied On
Slow Performance: If your iPhone or Android becomes unusually slow, it could be a sign that some spyware is consuming system resources. Decreased performance can manifest itself in apps that suddenly close or a delayed response when tapping the screen.
Excessive Heating: Mobile devices can get hot during intensive use, but if you notice your phone getting hot for no apparent reason, it could be a sign that spyware is running in the background.
Unusual Data Usage: If your data plan is draining faster than usual, this could indicate that unauthorized apps are transmitting information from your device. Check data usage in your phone's settings for any abnormalities.
Strange text messages: Receiving text messages with strange characters or codes could be a sign that someone is trying to communicate with spyware installed on your device.
Pop-up ads and unknown apps: Suddenly seeing pop-up ads or installing apps you don't remember downloading could indicate that your phone has been compromised.
How to tell if your phone is being tapped
To determine if your phone is being tapped, you can follow these steps:
Check installed apps: Review all the apps installed on your phone. If you find any that you don't remember downloading, investigate their source and function.
Check app permissions: Many apps request permissions that aren't necessary for them to function. Review the permissions granted to each app and disable any that seem excessive or unnecessary.
Use security apps: There are several security apps that can detect and remove spyware. Some of the most recommended ones include Avast Mobile Security, Lookout, and Norton Mobile Security.
Restore your phone to factory settings: If you suspect your phone is being tapped and you can't find the source, restoring your device to factory settings may be the most effective solution. This will remove all apps and data, returning your phone to its original state.
How to tell if your calls are being spied on
To tell if someone is spying on your calls, pay attention to the following signs:
Unusual background noise: If you hear strange noises like clicks, buzzes, or static during your calls, it could be a sign that the line is being tapped.
Battery life: Spy apps often consume a lot of battery. If you notice your battery life is drastically reduced, it could be an indication that a spy app is active.
High phone bills: If your phone bill includes charges for services or calls you don't remember making, this could be a sign that someone is using your line without your knowledge.
How to tell if your Android or iPhone is being spied on
On both Android and iPhone devices, there are specific ways to detect the presence of spyware.
    For Android:
Check for apps with administrator permissions: Some spy apps require administrator permissions to work. Go to your Android's settings and check for apps with administrator permissions. Disable any that you don't recognize.
Use safe mode: Reboot your Android in safe mode to temporarily disable all third-party apps. If the problem goes away in safe mode, it's likely that one of your installed apps is the culprit.
    For iPhone:
Update your iOS: Apple regularly releases software updates that fix security vulnerabilities. Make sure you always have the latest version of iOS installed.
Check the configuration profile: Some spy software is installed through configuration profiles. Go to Settings General Profiles and delete any profiles you don't recognize.
Use Find My iPhone: This tool can help you locate your device and see if it's being used in an unauthorized manner.
How to tell if your phone is being monitored
Mobile surveillance can be difficult to detect, but there are some signs you can look out for:
Excessive mobile data usage: If you notice unusually high data usage, it could be a sign that your phone is sending information to a third party.
Strange screen activation: If your screen turns on for no apparent reason, it could be an indication that someone is remotely accessing your device.

Si quieres que nadie te espíe tu primer paso es no tener un iPhone. Y el segundo es no usar SIM vinculadas a tu nombre y datos. O usa sim privadas como lo son las eSIM.
