In the middle of trying to freeroam my bunny. He is 10 weeks, he started confident and now he is getting more shy so I am trying to make him feel comfortable by exploring (pellets scattered randomly around the room as little rewards for bravery haha) xx
Buying the bum box was the best money I’ve spent for my rabbit. He used to get pee on his paws and splatter all across my living room. Also bought one for my boyfriend’s place 😂💕
CINNABUN looks SOOOOO cute and friendly in the morning like ‘pet meeee’ !!! TIMOTHY HAY, MEADOW HAY and ORCHARD GRASS, that’s amazing to give them so many munchy options, that’s what I do !!! Love it! I feed my bun his pellets in the wellgood treat dispenser that I got from Amazon. He has so much fun playing with it to get his pellets and I love it as it means he doesn’t eat them too quickly!
Hi Morgan & Cinnabun! Me and my sister, mom are moving! I have convinced her get me a bunny there! Sadly if I can't one I get a dog, (that's off topic lol anyway..) your videos have helped me so much! I've now know which hay i need, toys ect, Thank you so much! :)
Another lovely video, thank you so much for spoiling us with your weekly videos! Seeing Cinnabun is just always such a treat! Another video idea I would love to suggest is about items that are typically marketed/sold for rabbits, but are in fact no good. Treats, toys, cages, bottles and such. There are sooo many products out there that it's easy to get lost, haha.
Morgan - not only do I love your videos because they’re so informational and help me take care of my bunny, but you also have an extremely calming presence and aura. Your videos help me to just relax and not think too much. You are a blessing! Happy Sunday🌞
So Willow is very picky and I tried to give her a digestive biscuit but she won’t even taste it! Is there a way to get her to eat it? And also I’ve tried to hid it in another treat, didn’t work?!!!
Hi Everybun! Just wondering how you got Cinnabun to stop tipping over her water bowl/what water bowl you use? My bun never stops knocking the bowl over whenever he has it so I’m still using a water bottle. I would really like to get him off the bottle but he makes such a mess🙈
Hi Morgan and Cinnabun! I've been following your channel now since February. I've been wanting a bun bun for years. February I decided to get one. today her fist day at home. she's two months now.
You should consider pelletized bedding from Tractor Supply to use instead of the paper litter. (1) it’s waaaayyyyy cheaper (2) it not only absorbs pee, but absorbs odor as well. It would work perfect with that litter box. I use it in our litter box and cover it with a layer of hay to make it comfortable to stand on but with that bunbox you wouldn’t have to do that. You could then compost it (you can compost with the paper litter, too) or since it’s pine, you could dump (or sprinkle around) your yard…. Or you could just continue throwing it away. Lol. Didn’t know if you were aware of the pelletized bedding at tractor supply so thought I’d mention it in case. It’s a 40lb bag for $6!!!
Hi! Could you do a video, or give us some tips on keeping our buns at the right temperature? Last night I was overheating and opened the window. Hope he wasn’t too hot or too cold!
Hey! So, I have a problem with my sweet bunny, Molly. Unfortunately, she can not be a free roam bunny because of my dog and her chewing up my carpet. Will she still be okay if I keep her caged? I let her play outside her cage for at least 5-6 hours a day after I get home from school though. She gets fresh greens, treats, hay, pellets, and a litter box.
I have a tri colored holland lop named Clover, and she is free roam bunny! Her routine is pretty similar, just she gets her pellets in the morning before I go to school, and salad in the night 😊
Hi this year hubby and I are talking about adopting two let bunnies I stay home 🏡 visit mom at her memory care and I am home all day daily. I’ve been learning about bunnies and watching them 😊 we even have there names picked !! We don’t have them yet !!! ❤. How did you get yours what is the best way to start!!!! ❤😅. Please reply thanks 😊
Do you think the large bum box would be big enough for a German angora bunny? He is the size of a cat and growing! Or do you have any recs of similar that would be big enough? Love your videos ☺️☺️☺️
How often do you wash your bun’s snuffle pellet mat? And what type of detergent do you use? I’m afraid we only wash ours about 2 to 4 times a month and that’s usually because it’s not something I think about. Is that awful? Oh my goodness. It never looks dirty. But I am sure some of their saliva must get on it. We use Method unscented liquid washing detergent. What do you use and how often do you wash the mat? Also, where did you get your mat? The type we have is different from yours and our buns chew on the edges. Thank you very much.
Hello Morgan & Cinnabun...I noticed in her litterbox she has a chew tunnel ..I bought one the ingredients say Timothy hay * rice glue...Is that what yours consist of? If not where did you get yours from...Thanks in advance...Btw I haven't given it to her yet!!
Do you wash off the spring mix at all, or is it okay to give straight from the package? I've never known & couldn't ever find an answer, so I've always washed it really well.
Hi Morgan! New bunnymom here. I adopted two girl rescues a couple weeks ago. This video is great and I ordered the bumbox! One of my bunnies likes to dig so some mornings I find litter, poops and hay kind of sprayed all around. So now I need to find an alternative dig box situation! Does Cinnabun like to dig? Do you have any ideas for a dig box that won’t be too chaotic? Watching your videos helps me to feel that I’m going to be able to handle this bunnymom thing well!
Do you wash the snuffle food mat? And if so how often? Btw I love your videos, great info. I'm so excited to get my new bunny that will be arriving this Christmas!
Hi! I love your videos so much!! I’m getting a baby holland lop soon and I was wondering how long I should keep the baby in a pen (if i should) and should they only have alfalfa hay and pellets? Thanks
So kind of random. But, with the BumBox litter box. Since the rabbit is separated from the liter and everything. Couldn’t you just use normal (dust free) cat litter? (Since hypothetically it’s separated from the bunny it wouldn’t be able to eat it)
So happy to hear bumbox is coming out with a bigger size. I got them for my buns to give it a shot and unfortunately it just was not functional for my babies because they're just a little too big (5lbs and 7lbs) but we might give it another shot with a bigger size
We have picked up some bad habits in our daily routine. She’s waiting impatiently at the kitchen for her morning treats of dried berries 😟 there’s hell to pay if i don’t give them to her. I think she’s training me sometimes 🤨
Hi Morgan! Firstly, CB is adorable and you’re a great bun mom 🥰 Also, I was wondering if you have to include pellets in your rabbits diet? Some people don’t give them so I was wondering the explanation behind this. Keep up the great work, love your videos 💗
I recommend the use of pellets 🤗 rabbits can be given hay, pellets and water. (everyone else is a delicacy) The pellet supplements the nutrients from hay so your rabbit gets enough quality food. then there will be no nutrient deficiency🤗
You don't have to! But you need to do a lot of research into bun nutrition to make sure your bunny is getting all necessary nutrients. You don't want them getting a deficiency and getting sick. Feeding a small amount of pellets ensures that there isn't a chance of a deficiency. Some people prefer to give a more natural diet so they chose to do that research and feed there bunny veggies only.
@@nataliawardak6881 Every day it's hard to calculate if a bunny gets all the vitamins / minerals / doesn't get too much ... and if there are a lot of rabbits (of different weights / ages)🤔
Love routines video I’ve recently decided to give up my buns as they are young and in like 5 years I’m going to be finished school and I don’t what illegal doing with my life and it will be easier to give them away now than 5 years down the line but it’s breaking my heart saying goodbye I’ve thought of keeping one as it will keep the cost and work down but idk
I’ve been wondering if you’ve made any changes to CB’s routine since she’s had stasis? It looks like you’ve added a probiotic, but have you done anything else?
Great video! I love all your videos though haha! My bun hates spinach too and I have to pick it out of her salads if I buy the spring mix. Also where did you get the probiotic? Is it prescription or something you ordered online? Thanks! ☺️
I have two rabbits outside. They have a “house” and they can go outside when they want and have access to dig when they want to. I’m still trying to convince my mum to let me free roam in my own room, but she won’t let me. Now I’ve found three rabbits (a trio) that needs a extra home and since my mum let me do that I will now free roam them sometimes. (Like when I have them they will free roam 24/7 ofc). I do want to add that we bought one of my own rabbits from a women that had her free roaming inside. She sold her because she (my rabbit) didn’t like to be indoors. So I kinda don’t want to free roam her again.
Hello, morgan I love your videos your amazing. I was wondering if you could do a video on Cinnabon testing different veggies like sashimi thin sliced carrots, parsley, cilantro, kale, and so on and Cinnabon could rate them all by trying different plates of veggie types and just overall seeing her reaction id love to see a video like that
I just got a bunny and I love him so much, I really want to free roam him but my house/room isnt bunny proof and im at school every day while my parents are at work. do you have any advice?
Thank you for the video Morgan and CB! Really helpful! I had a question about the bumbox, do the plastic grates get all dirty and stained with pee? if so, how do you recommend cleaning it? Love you guys!!!
My baby bun is 4 months old. He will pee in his litter box but he still has not gotten the hang of pooping in his litter box. He still leaves poop all over my floor and under my bed. Also, the past few times I have put him on my bed he has peed on my comforter. He is getting neutered in a month but do you have any advice or insight on why he is doing this? I still move all of the poop into his litter box and reward him but he seems like he is struggling. Thank you!! Love you and Cinnabun!!
I was so excited to get the bum box after the childhood horror memories of the wire cages, and I was disappointed that it just did not work for me. It was really too small for even my little 3lb wooley, but also it is A PAIN to clean! And if your bun doesn’t like hay bags it’s completely unsuitable. It’s a great idea and I’m glad it works for some buns, but it’s definitely not for everyone.
I really enjoy your videos. My mini satin is almost a year old and refuses to eat hay. I’ve tried every ‘trick’ that my vet and I could think of. It makes no difference the brand or type of hay, the only way she will eat it is if I purée banana to mix in with it. Wondering if you or anyone else has any words of wisdom!
My bun is picky when it comes to hay. I keep 3-4 different kinds. Sometimes I sprinkle a little dry spices on it, or mix some dried flowers in it. I have 2 places where I keep hay available at all times. One of them is oxbow betionical hay that has dried flowers in it. Bunnies are so smart. I've had mine about 4 months now. He just turned 3. He's allowed to roam free, but I've taught him he's not allowed in the kitchen. Do you give cb fresh veggies besides the lettuce?
I Recently adopted a second bunny from a shelter and he is so shy and scared it makes me so sad 😢 he will finally come up to me for some greens we are not free roaming yet he just hides ...
Its so informative and cool to see other bun's parent routine! Sadly, there's no bumbox available here :(( I have a question regarding hay though. I have a hay rack for my bun of 4 years. And it's a hay rack that opens at the top and buns will eat from there. I'm wondering how often should I top up/change the hay? Hay is considered quite pricey here in Malaysia and so if I could save as much as I can that'll be great. Should I just change the hay entirely once a day? It just feels like a waste and if I only refill the hay when the quantity is low, I'll be the one worried if bun didn't eat enough 😅🤧😫 that's my dilemma question every single day :((
Hi! Great q - I refill daily, but I definitely do waste some hay doing that. As long as your rabbit always has access to fresh hay, they should be healthy. So it may be worth just adding on to the hay in the ranch every evening, as long as the hay in the rack is clean. Then fully emptying the rack every few days.
@@SincerelyCinnabun omg ahh thank you for replying!! My bun and I love watching your videos! I guess it's inevitable that some hay will definitely be wasted but I'll definitely do what you suggest then 🐰☺
I just wanted to mention that my vet recommended that my rabbits eat vegetables such as kale and broccoli, as they are amazing for there teeth and really good for them!
Can you please give the time you feed cinnabun i want a rabbit and i dont know what times to feed it i know you have to feed it within four hours ,and what it supposed eat and what its not supposed to eat but i dont know the exact times can you write the times below the comment
As just a question before you decide to get a bunny. Do you think it realistic to have a bunny if you have to leave for school at 7 am? I would be having to do the feeding at around 6, and I don't know if thats really an option. Could I give the bunny green after their afternoon nap, and after I come back at around 4 pm? Would I be neglecting my bunny if I could only give them affection after their nap? If that is a problem, would haveing two bonded bunnies help that. Please, I need any given adivice .
Sorry, one of the parts I typed was confusing. For extra clarifacation, when I come back from school at 4 pm/when their nap is finished or when they do finish could I give them the greens then.
There is nothing as cute as watching a bunny eat their salad. I have the bum box, and my only complaint about it every time I change my buns litter box, I have to scrub the grate. His pee sticks in the nooks of the underside. Do you find that with yours?
Good Morning Love your channel and you have great detail education. I am a first time bunny mommy, but not by choice. My daugther purchase a bunny mother day of last year 2021. Her name is sparkel. I want to thank you for your video's.
I loved the bum box and even though my girl is around 4 lbs she likes a bigger box and she would hang her bum outside of it and pee on the floor with this one - glad they are making a bigger one though!

You can clean with a gentle dish soap and warm water!
love your routine videos! it was really cool to see this more vlog style one :D i might have to do a vlog style one too now haha
Totally!
I would love to see a video of cinnabun bounding with an other bunny cause I have two bunnies and I do not know how to bound them
I was so excited to get the bum box after the childhood horror memories of the wire cages, and I was disappointed that it just did not work for me. It was really too small for even my little 3lb wooley, but also it is A PAIN to clean! And if your bun doesn’t like hay bags it’s completely unsuitable. It’s a great idea and I’m glad it works for some buns, but it’s definitely not for everyone.
So sorry it didn’t work for you!
Hi I love your videos, why use a pee pad though? Wouldn't it cause more smell around the room?
I clean mine about once a week so I haven’t had too much trouble!
Good Morning Love your channel and you have great detail education. I am a first time bunny mommy, but not by choice. My daugther purchase a bunny mother day of last year 2021. Her name is sparkel. I want to thank you for your video's.
Aww thanks!
I loved the bum box and even though my girl is around 4 lbs she likes a bigger box and she would hang her bum outside of it and pee on the floor with this one - glad they are making a bigger one though!
