Does spark-plug B handle SOE (sequence of event report) like DNP3 when the connection between device and broker is lost?
device log all of the changes and send it back to broker and broker pass those info to SCADA. Like ignition store & forward or DNP3 SOE.
In Dispatching SCADA system these feature which is handle by DNP3 or IEC60870-5-104 very important requirement.
