I watched this film on a lark, not knowing anything about Gerwig or what I was getting into. This film absolutely pulled at every loose string in the tapestry of my being. I LOVE BROOK and TRACY as characters. I'm a man and I relate to what these two are going through trying to find themselves and their place in the scheme of things. That 'hearth keeper' scene literally still makes me cry just thinking about it. It is so distressing to be a peacock living the life of a pigeon...

Greta Gerwig is love. But why didnt they mention that running scene in Frances Ha is inspired or imitated after similar running scene in iconic 2d new wave french movie Mauvais Sang of Leos Carax. It has same David Bowie song.
Greta is lovely as always. But this interviewer really just took the Law and Order joke and ran it to the ground. Got annoying after the third mention.
