Best way to defend from the choke, do not let them lock that choke, good shit Oh and as for the shitty defense video, you probably dont want to literally help them tighten up lol
@@katalystkravmaga are you kidding? Do you realize how many nerve endings there are on the instep? It's similar to the ganglia behind the ear...or of course you can just let the MF choke the sh*t out of you!
If you're a woman, and a dangerous man wants to be himself....hope he's not as dangerous as he thinks, and be very fast with what she said. Or use the Second Amendment.
I make my wife practice ball kicks once a month on different sized targets. She thought these videos were useful until I actually showed her how easy it is to overpower someone weaker than you. One swift dick kick nullifies all of that strength
Honestly I feel like distance after only one elbow would be a mistake. If someone is trying to attack you they are most likely ready for some resistance so one elbow no matter how well placed wouldn’t incapacitate them. However if you’re looking to control and not injure then at the point where you had your head and arm on one side of their arm and one arm on the opposite side you have a great opportunity to rotate the attackers shoulder toward the ground while bracing your neck against their forearm holding them in a lock you can control them in
@@mandoc6249 we specifically said that we didn't want to throw the elbow in the video. It was much more about creating space between myself and my assailant. And fixing the positional problem by rotating my hips to face them.
@ fair point and sorry if I sounded preachy( hard to not to without tone of voice) I just wanted to convey the dangers of creating distance without appropriate disabling strikes all in all good video though!👍🏻
@@wordenit9351 that's a tough one you would want to keep moving towards the hands get at the grip and punch inward with the shoulder to create space. If it's locked it's much harder to defend successfully
Show us that same thing when the attack comes full speed. You have 0 control. i am sorry if iam wrong but this is satire right? C-grib why not a w-grib. this must be stuff yous make up is. A bad version og the dojo who actually is funny.

Too many moves...this sh*t happens in split-seconds...STOMP DOWN ON THE INSTEP WITH YOUR HEEL...then RUN! He cannot chase you 🎉🎉🎉

😂😂😂😂😂 the intro, I'm dead
The solution you brought is almost as good as the first one, no one would have that much time, it all happens milliseconds
