I understand that we are all human and make mistakes, however as you have all agreed, we need to be very careful that we are truly loving and keeping the truth as set by God, whenever we make decisions. You alluded to people criticising your decision to have non-SDAs on 3abn. I do appreciate that the way in which they may have done this, may not at all have been right, and that is an issue for them to work on if so. However their fundamental reason for criticising, may be something that you all may need to look at more closely at 3abn, as you claim that 3abn's mission is to: 'counteract the counterfeit and reach the world with the undiluted 3 Angels' messages'. The 3 Angels messages urge us to come out of Babylon. Inspiration (EGW) tells us that Babylon includes the churches that still worship on Sunday instead of on the day that The Lord chose for worship and made holy, which is Saturday - The Sabbath. How then do you think it looks to others, when they see 3abn, with its widely-proclaimed mission statement, broadcasting shows filled with people from the churches that God calls Babylon, and which the 3 Angels messages warn us to come out from? This may be where people are coming from with their criticisms/outcries. I was pleased to hear however that many of these non-SDA people who are increasingly on 3abn are taking Bible studies. This is awesome! However I'd still gently posit that until they have actually accepted the faith (as many of their Facebook profiles show they haven't and currently promote other denominational faiths), and actually turned from following after the things that God warns against, it will continue to look to people as if you have either been deceived into compromising your stance, and unknowingly perhaps let Moabite and Midianitish 'women' (note that Biblically a woman is symbolically a Church) into the camp, - at a time when we all agree that we are on the borders of Canaan (- just as the children of Israel did in Numbers 25.), or that you have perhaps forsaken your mission statement, and have willingly done so. I think some of us viewers feel that if these non-SDA people on 3abn were truly serious about coming into the faith, then 3abn's approach would have been to hold off on bringing them onto 3abn publicly until they have completed their private Bible studies with you all, and then gone on to truly and finally decide whether they do really want to accept the truth and our faith or not, so that 3abn fully remains an SDA broadcasting network. Otherwise, aren't you just actually showcasing the counterfeit (and by so doing, giving others the impression that it is OK for us to be mixed up with/promote other faiths that God has called us to separate out from, as well as give the impression that we are comfortable to join in this end times religious ecumenism movement, which EGW has expressly warned us against, that will sweep across the world in these last days)? And also not adhering to the warnings of the 3 Angels' messages at all, much less in an undiluted way? I hope you understand that I have only laboured to write this, because I am genuinely concerned and saddened if I'm honest, at the direction that 3abn has taken of late. I do hope you will prayerfully consider all of this, as my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and choose to move solely and resolutely in accordance with God's leading through His express Word (and not other men's or your own opinions/predilections) alone. Pastor L., I admire and appreciate your ministry. With all due respect, I do not agree with your statement that Satan was kicked out of heaven, because he would have led more angels to follow him. In Patriarchs and Prophets page 41 "The angels whom he (Lucifer) could not bring fully to his side, he accused of indifference to the interests of heavenly beings." Pg. 42 " God could only employ such thing as were consistent with truth and righteousness..It was therefore necessary to demonstrate before the inhabitants of heaven, and all the world's, that God's government is just, His law perfect...He (Lucifer) must have time to manifest himself." Lucifer had rendered himself unfit for heaven's righteousness, peace and central worship of God.
I love 3ABN Network because it helps me alot to come close to Jesus.
