With due respect.... It's my humble opinion to sir. To keep these motivational talks in limit these all are good but excess of anything is harmful. In your lectures the content related to topic is just 10-20% & rest all irrelevant things. I think you should realise that you are in UPSC coaching institute and not is motivational seminar.

One of his friends in Allahabad knows me well , very popular gyan bharti shop . One day ojha ji came there to purchase books also bundle of mine book were there of oxford for study when i was giving mains in 19 and successively 20 , 21 , 22 but don't get in final list , he abruptly ask who study this much . Shopkeeper told him about me and i was behind him . I said an engineer can study whole oxford press . But i never join any coaching or material . I say only good reference book is the key for long run .

I think coaching should stop hiring "bol bacchan" type teachers and should focus on quality teachers.
Ojha has great oration skills but he is worst teacher ever I have seen in my life. He never completes his courses and always discuss irrelevant things in class. Serious students should always avoid these type of teachers.

Non - rational and non - scientific . Student must aware of his idea and methodology . Only popular due to social . For current preparation ncert is not much relevant only but one should to go for different types refrence book like A L BAHSAM , ROMILA THAPAR , RAY CHOUDHRY , R C DUTT etc because upsc will entertain those only who have fixed it with thorough knowledge not at preliminary but mains as well to be stand in whole process for half a decade .
