I have one bug that when you aim, the weapon seems to float and it changes its position or, for example, the location of the bullets does not correspond with the sight when you aim at one place and the bullets fly above or below the sight
Yes this a consistent problem and I've never been able to resolve this. A temporary fix would be to hold aim down sights and slide the MW weapon's FOV to match SharpEye's crosshair. Note that you have to do this everytime u attach a different scope and the scopes can be broken. I've given up on this and instead use ironsights instead of scopes when free-aiming.

Those muzzle flashe effect are done by Reshade. I don't know if I should make a tutorial on how I setup missions. It's very boring but I just basically manually spawn NCP's around the map, create a save file so I can keep replaying, and see how it plays out.
oh nice, the reshade is very effective on making such effects, very nice, I would actualy like to learn how to make missions, I've been playing around with NPCs spawns but it's very annoying to see some npcs just stand there looking at nothing and not even reacting and not shooting at all from a distance...@@z3nophobic
@tiagosilva.b5 if I can remember I use Scninctbur's AI improvement mod. And I have player based npc relation which makes rebels hate me. It also depends on the map whether it has navmesh that gives NPC paths to walk, and where u spawn NPCs.

Gmod Realism is a genre of videos I guess. Realism is added because this "sandbox game" is completely revolutionised by mods made by its community. If you buy this game and launch it without mods it will look nothing like the video you are seeing here. The base game has about 2 maps and you can download more maps made by the community. The game gives its players the freedom to do whatever and with the help of mods this is possible. You can download all mods for free. To achieve what you are seeing here, is very difficult for beginners and requires hours of combining mods and tweaking settings to create "Realistic" gameplay and mechanics. If you are looking for a "realistic" and "tactical" game to jump into straight away, this may not be it. Again, setting up the game to be like this is not beginner friendly and Gmod Realism is a genre made purely as a cinematic showcase of what a 2006 sandbox game can achieve with modern shooting mechanics and updated graphics.

Nope still haven't fixed it. That's why I'm not using any scopes on my guns and only using iron sights lol
lmaooo I use barely any left right and down up panning and adjusted aim fov so that ironsight and scope can both be pretty usable
I have the same problem with aiming while toggle focus is enabled.

@@z3nophobic I just deactivate the AI of the NPCs and put them in, and for the moment I simply deactivate the AI
