Hi, do you know of any ASCAP payment methods for artists living outside the US? I don't have a direct bank account in the US and I can't find an answer to this question. Maybe you have an answer? Thank you in advance

I've read that if you don't have a publisher, you need to register with a PRO both as a songwriter and a publisher. Is that correct, and would have to pay the fee twice?
@@EliteMusicCoaching I'm really not interested in establishing an LLC. I did that for a book, and it wasn't worth it. I assume if my music gets a decent return I could create an LLC later. My main question is if I don't have a publisher how do I get the songwriter and publishing royalty from the PRO?
I'm with ASCAP as a publisher and with BMI as a writer and publisher.

Only for new signees? Or do you pay no matter how long you been with them?
@@nathanielbenford7928 they are not charging to join, if you are asking about publishing that costs $150 for ascap and bmi...not a joining fee.
