Adhisakthi manufactures Auto bag fillers and stitching machines to fill detergent powder pouches in HDPE bags.
Filling into pouches may be done manually also.
Adhisakthi supplies fully automatic Detergent powder plants with process automations also. This involves elevating powder raw materials and Salt through specially designed bucket elevators. The powders are stored in separate silos. Soda Ash, Sodium Sulphate, Salt , Dolomite, STPP etc. Acid slurry is stored in liquid day tanks. The Weigh hoppers are fitted with Metlor Toledo or Vishay load cells. The storage silos are fitted with Bin vibrators for free flow of materials from silo to Screw Conveyor.
Product contact parts are of SS 304, Full stainless steel rigid construction ensures enhanced machinery performance and quality of the product. Customers are benefited by simple and user friendly machinery for all categories of buyers. Adhisakthi backs up the customer with its efficient after sales service support.
