I got caught at Claires when I was 17 years old stealing costume jewelry😅 and they called security on me handcuffed me and walked me through the mall to the cop car so so so so embarrassing and I got locked up for the night and was late to cosmetology school the next morning. People keep asking me where were you and I never spoke of it again, to be honest, my cousin, my little brother and I were really good at stealing jackets, make up, Hobby lobby, lmfao Definitely not proud of it but hey, what 17-year-old doesn’t shoplift😂
The worst part is that I had gone shopping with my mom that day and she saw me get arrested and everything. She was like, wtf is going on?!! Ugh, my poor mom waited all night in her car till I was let go the next morning. We were from out of town too so all of our family was worried about us but they never found out. My dad would have definitely sent my ass to military school for that so my mom never told him, thank god!! I cringe when I remember this story 😭
i remember in high school, me and my friend bought ear cuffs from claire’s (it was 2012-2014 to set the scene). she bought a cute turtle one and we walked out and put them on. hers broke like, immediately so she was like ok i’m def NOT buying another so let’s go back and swap it. we went in and and swapped the broken turtle for the new turtle and i felt like all eyes were on us. that was the closest i’ve ever gotten to “stealing” anything- quotes because it was her, not me! 😂😂

I attempted to steal a gold ankle bracelet when I was six years old from Krogers. My dad knew and let me go out to the car with it and then scolded me and made me go back in and confess my sin. So humiliating! 😢

I feel like the tantour in tan work the best for skintones like ours (brown boy here too 😅). I’m a bridal mua and i use that the most even though i have all the shades. I mix it into one drop of foundation and it becomes a really good shade and texture. Much better color than medium!! 🫶🏻

My mom found out and drove us back there to turn them in to the cashier and confess to stealing. The guy was like…those are free to take. But my mom still made me apologize for stealing and confess to being a thief. -_-

No consequences from Busch Gardens, but we got suspended from school for 3 days, lol. 💜

I decided to help myself to lip smackers lip gloss at Kmart. I was 8 or 9 & opened up put it on while my mom was shopping. Mom had no idea until we got out in the car & pulled it out again to use. In my defense it smelled so good & my friends had them. Mom marched my butt back in the store to pay for it & made me apologize to store manager. She had me convinced I was gonna be arrested, I was bawling, begging the store manager not to arrest me. The manager scared me so bad that it would be a few years before I would go back to Kmart.

I stole an air plant by accident from Lowe's cuz i was 6 or 7 and forgot i had it in my hand lol the cashier lady gave it to me for free when my furious dad drove us back there and saw how upset i was lol

I was shouting for help at the security guards near me but it seems they know something! They told me to just come with them at the office. Then I realized maybe they thought I stole something. They opened my baag and I showed them I bought a LOT with my money!! They showed me the picture of the suspect and they thought she looks like me so they apologized instantlty it was sooooo traumatizing and funny 😂
