    Peltier element. Used in portable coolers for the car as well.

      They have much, much practical usage apart from silly portable coolers but... it does work in this scenario as well.

    that cooling box can be improved in terms of performance, just have some knowledge, as😢 there is no shortage of money there.

    A peltier should be able to get a cooler to 25 degrees Fahrenheit below ambient temperature. It good for keeping drinks cold. Not so good for meditation.

    Screwing directly into the fins of a heat sink is standard practice. I have a ton of products that use that technique.

      Yes, the peltier elements, the easiest and smallest way too cool, but not the most effective way.
