You motivated me so much that i train today planch again after 1 month break because i had pain in my right hand tendons, still have a little, i overtrain Full Planch and go to fast in Progressions now i work and put in the work for solid Straddle can hold one leg for 8 sec each before my break. You can be proud of yourself for your accomplishments, i wish you the best man thanks for the Video ! Greetings from Germany !

Right now I have a little trouble in my left elbow because of overtraining planche, this video really motivated me a lot.
Maybe in one of your future videos you can consider talking about injuries and recovery.

Yo, bro! I watched ur body transformation, it’s so inspiring. I’ve been training for a while, I’m currently working to balance a handstand. Tomorrow I’m starting to train for the planche, I can only do tuck tho. Is 5 sets of 5-10 sec enough? If not, what’s a good workout routine for planche?
