Any one who train Planch feel the Pain and the sucess if you progress. You motivated me so much that i train today planch again after 1 month break because i had pain in my right hand tendons, still have a little, i overtrain Full Planch and go to fast in Progressions now i work and put in the work for solid Straddle can hold one leg for 8 sec each before my break. You can be proud of yourself for your accomplishments, i wish you the best man thanks for the Video ! Greetings from Germany !
Right now I have a little trouble in my left elbow because of overtraining planche, this video really motivated me a lot. Maybe in one of your future videos you can consider talking about injuries and recovery.
You really give me so much motivation to work hard. Currently I'm just like how you were 3 months ago, i see you as a competitor . I wanna catch up to you so badly🔥 Nice video though ❤️
Hello! I'm from Russia and I just found out that there's beautiful channel called Marcus TheSlink on the youtube (: I just watched few of your videos and I wanted to say that you are doing amazing work! Never stop it just for us, we really want to see your calisthenics grind! With love from russian bruv (=
Yo, bro! I watched ur body transformation, it’s so inspiring. I’ve been training for a while, I’m currently working to balance a handstand. Tomorrow I’m starting to train for the planche, I can only do tuck tho. Is 5 sets of 5-10 sec enough? If not, what’s a good workout routine for planche?
Fine I guess my mother tongue sucks as usual and surprisingly as my first time taking POA (principles of accounting), I got an A and the others like math, humanities were alright
Well school's give you a wide variety of subjects so no probs man, you're doing great✊. Be sure to be open and flexible to many approaches to learning as you did with calisthenics yourself!
BRO I've got a question... So I'm training handstands right now, yeah... So I was thinking "training handstand push ups on the wall will help me balance my handstand"... Do u think this will actually work?
Nah attempting to lift yourself from the wall to a freestanding handstand would be a much better option as you are not only supposed to train strength but also balance
I started training calesthenics 3 months ago all I can say is calesthenics changes your life
I'm pretty sure you can planche at the end of this year. You are improving a lot. Keep it up
Yes ah gong 😊
You are doing great. By watching you I felt that I should start calisthenics again❤️❤️ lots of love to you bro 👍👍

Use more dynamic movements like pseudo pushups
As well as the tuck planche holds

hello i have an important question do you ever have a rest day🤣💪🏼💪🏼
Yes
Your arm are slightly bend but that's okay, BTW keep going with the v-sit, 45-degree should be enough
Thanks
I got my straddle planche a few weeks ago too
Full now?
@@phongstreetworkout4426 nope, been refining the form and increasing hold time. I might get full in 3 - 5 months tho. Progress is slow lol.
@@PJ-ub4jj acctually straddle is not hard to got but the full is hard
@@phongstreetworkout4426 yea straddle isn’t that hard but full is like 10 times harder.
Did you get the full planche now?
How's the exams? Also always a pleasure to see you document your progress bro🙏
