    excessive or constant need to eat leading to excessive weight gain especially with depot Injection of Olanzapine that helps prevent or reduce frequency of rapid cycle BP type 1. I believe the side effect also increasing OCD behaviour. I believe it is best not to take any of this medication but BP 1 has a very high tendency of Mania especially with patient with rapid cycle. My believe is that there is a lack of certain enzyme that cause this imbalance of mood in sufferers of BP or BP 1. Data collection of saliva or blood seems to be mainly for the purpose of finding 'dug' that will work rather than finding this 'cause'. It is such a shame that monetary takes precedent over finding the 'real cause' Medical practitioners benefit from this idea as such the 'psylocybin' as the holy grail of the 'new ' treatment after the failure of Ketamine the catatonic medication
