其实做房地产做保险都是一样的，一句话讲完就是做sales. 做sales靠的是技巧跟拼命。没什么经验值可言。有人做得好有人更本就不适合。做sales也不必说到那么伟大。卖保险的也不需要装作关心人家的财务状况，健康以及人家的未来财务规划。说白了，如果不是有commission, 那还会这么热心吗？
赞同你的观点，但这就是资本主义所衍生出来的生存法则---“包装”～如果你仔细观察的话，我们身边所有的人事物都已经是”包装“过了的。我完全同意你说的多数人都在装伟大，所以”双赢“在资本主义社会的框架很重要。说白了“钱就是万恶之源”，但无可否认的是你我现在都是在为“钱”而生活，这就是现在这个世界的游戏法则，我其实也希望能有不一样的游戏法则，但这是你我改变不了的事实😌感谢留言👍🏻至少说出了我没说出来心声😎👍🏻

无意冒犯. very often i receive emails or calls of financial advisors wanting to meet up to discuss how to invest etc. I have met up a few before but nowadays i just prefer to follow my own plan. other than the needed paper qualifications, i wonder what makes a financial advisor really eligible to advise ppl? must him/herself be successful in own financial planning? is there like a minimum savings/assets the representative must have? i cant be asking this question when meet up with them mah. they will ask about my salary, my committed expenses, monthly savings, other investments, assets etc. if not i find it difficult to trust someone giving me advice lah cus he/she might even be a 月光族...just curious

I think you should approach those Manager level Financial Advisor to advise you, because I know some of the really senior financial advisor(Manager level/management level) they really financial savvy and they even bought the insurance/investment plan that is really good in the market, so I believe you met those FA not qualified to advise you as in you also a financial savvy person. But to engage with an agent that suitable for you, I suggest you should ask whatever question you wish to know from them including if you wish to know what have they plan for themselves, however, if you think you know better than them which is good, mean you got the knowledge and you can go ahead to plan for yourself by your own👍🏻We should not doubt to others on their qualification because there must be a reason for this position to exist in the market😎Thanks for the sharing👍🏻🙏🏻
