Laundry. barber. restaurants. mall. the beach. everything is very close to each other. nice city to live in specially if you are a student in sharjah. the rents are reasonable. and its calm and beautiful.
Yeah, sometimes people do small mistakes and suffer huge loss. The one who is in the roundabout have the right to exit first and the one who is coming from other side have to wait.
