The booster is great: I forgot to mention that not only does it add survivability for the team but also extra speed running across the map when you don't stim a small bit of damage right after a fight. Stim when your stamina runs low then you get an extra boost.
@@SirStefanGaming I meant changing the skin for the viper commando armors, but I found out that it's random so it changes the skin randomly after death. As a white guy I was seeking to be white but it's random.
The reason the knife isnt good is bwcause grenades are so vital for holes and factories. Otherwise you have to run some other form of explosive that either takes up a vital strategem slot or weapon slot.
I disagree because you cannot copy the argument for the knife onto the stun grenades. If the main criteria for good/bad is "can it destroy spawners?" then yes...the stun grenades are bad. HOWEVER; stun grenades are awesome at locking mobs up and allow you to get in on their weak spots with a primary....the knife does nothing like that. Totally different application so in that sense you can't make that comparison and generalize the logic.

The bushwacker is what allowed me to start having fun using the crossbow at higher difficulties. You say its not a great combo i absolutely disagree. You can reload the shotgun so quickly that you get really nice overall combat effectiveness that i really miss out on with weapons like the revolver because it reloads too slow. Also shooting shreikers out of the sky feels great this shotgun dosent have much spread at all.
Must be me then. In my experience at higher difficulty, with large groups spawning from breaches (especially the ones that spew out 10+ hunters in 5 seconds) or drops....when I carry both the eruptor or crossbow and the sg-22 then your average rate of fire is just too low to effectively deal with them (so that's not including the use of stratagems or supports).

Personally love using the knife, but i can fully see how its just not the best option in slot.
How do you change your race for the new armors?
I'm not sure what you mean by "changing race" as you can only play as human Helldivers. Can you clarify?

Yeah it's randomized upon respawn; which makes sense knowing that every respawn is essentially another Helldiver.
