so Debbie what do you think about making up a bunch to freeze to have on hand for the kidos after school and where in the process should I freeze them befor I cook in oil so all I have to do it throw them in the oil or after I cook them so I can just heat them up maybe in the microwave or oven?
+Marjorie Eades I have frozen them before frying. You could cook them first, I think, but they will lose their crunch in the microwave. Maybe heat in foil in the oven.
+Marjorie Eades I would freeze on a cookie sheet, then pop them into a bag. Then you can take out just a few at a time if you like. They should thaw enough for cooking in about 15 minutes or so.
+Sharon Parker I haven't done a video onn canning tomatoes yet. I will do one when my harvest comes in this season. All my canning videos are NCHFP compliant.
