@29:31 Michael taps for Rhino leaving fetch up because cracking it before the rhino trigger leaves him dead to the bolt in hand, but then after he gains life he retaps as if he cracked before the rhino. Brad doesnt realize this and Michael got to use mana for scooze. Sloppy as hell.
my jund looks totally different. too bad im never gonna get the chance to test it in worlds since i just started playing competitive magic recently and modern is no longer a part of pro tours :(
Grant Lambert My best bet is that damnation is easier to cast due to having more black sources in the deck? Idk. I guess there might be some fringe cases where damnation is better than wrath. But no clue.
i dont get it, how come they conclude jund is better than abzan if it lost 3-2. Is the new lili better than the old one on jund? Im just a new jund player trying to improve D:
They're joking around and being sarcastic, I think. :P The new Lilli can kill Souls tokens AND rebuy/draw a creature card from the graveyard, whilst fueling Delirium for Grim Flayers, the new creature that can be a 4/4 trample for 2 and can manipulate the top of your deck. The old Lilli is good, forcing both players into a topdeck war, something Jund wins because their creatures are better than others' generally, or Raging Ravine getting in for damage every turn. But Lilli of the Veil falters when she comes up against Lingering souls, since her discard and sacrifice abilities don't trade well card-for-card against it.
Guysss, is there an alternative Gameplan, to play well without lillis and Tarmogoyfs? Different Deckplan? Cause at the Moment thats 600$, that don't want to be spend on 8 pieces of cardboard. Give me some Ideas please! :p
Leo G. There's no alternative. Jund is a deck that survives on the power of it's individual pieces, so you can't power them down and hope to make it work
MrGarruk123 you can get there, even if you have to go slowly. My advice is have a set budget on cards per pay period. That's what I did. You will get there before you know it.
Probably one of my favorite videos recently. Love the dynamic between these two. Really funny :)
came for the BGx mirrors, stayed for the personalities. loved this video
I'm in love with the way Brad shuffles. It's so fluid!
This is what all versus videos should be.

Thanks Jacob, I was looking for it ¡¡
so am I missing something or has Majors used black mana for Scooze's abillity at 20:20 ?
he did. definitely cheated, haha. still had the win next turn, though, regardless
It's a Twilight Mire, so he filtered to create double green.
That's a twilight mire behind the swamp
ooooh, that makes sense. thought it was a overgrown tomb
Why damnation over wrath ? Just curious

Zonink thanks for the response.
It's probably just easier on the mana
