On glide if the sheet is updated, app is updated. On Google Sheets, you have to call the API when you want to update the app. But if API itself changes, you have to update the code.
You cannot deploy an APK from glide. Consider them as a PWA that works on any device. Share the URL and ask your users to "Add to Home Screen" in iOS or Android. Works just like an app.
