    Thanks for putting this on youtube. I've had a rather poor quality print of "Pardon My Gun" on VHS tape for some years, and your excerpting the musical portion with Abe Lyman's band, along with identifying various performers, is really appreciated.

      Thank you for mentioning it! I see the clip of "12th Street Rag" was around, but not much from the other numbers! The picture (also from a VHS copy), is not great & the sound was only on the left channel-- so I took & reprocessed the audio so it would be two channels & tried to "beef-it-up".. & synch it up. It's still not perfect, but I think it's somewaht improved! I was really surprised the performers went largly uncredited! During this era, so many of them had such very interesting careers, the likes of wich we will not likely see again, that's for sure!

    The person singing a cottage for sale was Phil Neely and in a vitaphone short he was a violin player but in one song he got up from his chair and started singing

      And also I believe the trumpet player was Ray Lopez
