What I don't like about the new Calculator app in iOS 18 is that they've changed the way the keys respond. Previously, a click sounded when you touched the Calculator keys. But now, for some reason, they made it so that *the click sounds when you release the keys.* Because of this, the feeling of instant response and lightness is gone. I have no idea why they did that, and whether it was intentional.
jamoyjr, If for every little thing you say _"it's not a big deal",_ iOS will cease to be the iOS that many people loved it for and continue to love it for. And maybe this is not a bug, because the system keyboard has been working on the same principle for more than one generation of iOS, and I remember that one day it also stopped feeling instant. Probably for the same reason. And also the widget screen (to the left of the main home screen) can no longer be hidden by a simple tap in an empty space, such as near the right or left edge of the screen, like Control Center.
9to5Mac, Please check my comment that didn't show up in this thread. There I explained why I think it may not be a bug, and also replied to another user above. After submitting the comment, it is not displayed even to myself.
Was that the only change or upgrade to the iPhone? Why being disingenuous? Do you think there is any substantial superficial upgrade going on with Samsung either? I mean, it’s your choice to choose what’s best for you. Just don’t gaslight yourself into it.
@ Samsung… better and bigger battery, better design and cameras, they have a 6th gen foldable… I think apple is the only company without, still… umm what else? Apple considers 15W to be fast charging lol 😂 found that a bit funny… and the same year after year pro colours , black, silver, white and gold …not gaslighting myself at all…

We’re back with HDR fam!
Seemings like the weird padding of the status bar after using iPhone mirroring still exists on iOS 18.2
❤
I’m on 18.2 beta 2 and it says my phone is up to date
Are you using a phone that supports Apple Intelligence?
5:25 I think that’s centisecond-hundredth of a second.
Thanks for the preview. I think I'll pass on this one.
very polite. Need more comments like this. You’re very welcome 🤭🤗
what a joke the Apple AI stuff - do you even consider the little icon next to your email is a topic to discuss for change? come on! 0:28
Next year if apple only changes or adds a new button im leaving the apple ecosystem… Samsung will be my next choice
