Trust me, I understand. My brother died in October and used a pattern lock on his phone. I don't want to do a factory reset and lose everything he had on there. It is so FRUSTRATING, and I don't have $$$$ to take it to a company to break. There has to be an easier way.

@@Amazon-d4q @goodnessg5007 so sorry for both your loss. Currently going through the motions because my son was playing a prank. I did not realise my pattern was changed until I did an update. I was using my fingerprint throughout and he has forgotten the new pin. Now I stand to lose over a decade worth of memories. Hope someone/ something comes up soonest for us all

Find his finger print. Use wax to copy it. Use your finger with the qax copy and it should unlock
