Very good observations. A few could be added like there are many generalizations for working woman. I have heard statements like woman go to work, to socialize with men. A working woman is not a good mother. And many such more , and this are unfortunately made by fellow women. I guess the solution to our problems is that we stop being so cynical about fellow women.

Our society runs because of multiple men and women working selflessly. Yes, you may say they are paid, but that pay hardly compensates for the efforts and sacrifices they make. Any company or organization is present and thriving because it provides value to society. The day it does not provide any value, organization will cease to survive.
