U did a great job 👍 I love that u make the dress fit to the body. For some reason, Mattel love potato sack dress which is unfaltering for any type of Barbie body.
Thank you! They really do, don’t they? Like that style of dress can look nice irl because the scale allows the fabric to flow, but on a doll…it can be so stiff and awkward
I think they do it because they want the clothes to fit curvy and tall barbies too. But yeah it's super annoying. I'd rather they just make different sizes of everything but of course Mattel could never. So yeah it's basically just them being cheap as usual.
I think a half-half lip would have been interesting with the last girl, like half red and half pink

I just bought my first fashionista and it’s 206! was a nice surprise!
The models are as good as they are, but goodness the clothes never screams Fashionistas. The clothes should have been able to mix and match with other similar body types. And not one of those simple printed one piece or even tacky low effort clothes.
my only gripe with fashionista 206 is I wish her hair was longer, give me more beautiful crimped saran to play with pls, besides that shes perfect to me. I do like your edit of her purse; making it a cool tone pairs well with her shoes & the added glasses in a nice unifying way
She's one of the best. Fashionistas get a bad rap. They usually go half off or more if you wait. I like the diverse face sculpts and hair texture. They make cheap models for extra outfits. I just make sure I get ones that don't have flat feet.
All of these look so good, I particularly loved the ripped jeans. Also I love your hair, so cute.

So I love how varied Barbie dolls are now a days, like I never could have dreamed as a little girl how diverse they could get and that makes me very happy. But with that bright note came the sad fact that the clothing quality has gone so down hill. Most of the outfits I see are screen printed, the silhouettes feel one note and pretty devoid of personality. You have proven with a few tweaks you can make the dolls look WAY more polished.
I get what you mean, I LOVE seeing more diversity but it is a shame that (at least with this line) it’s come at the expense of the fashion

I think my favorite is the dress change into a romper... love the idea♡.. and the cropped top fits with these outfits so...

The last two were so cute 💗. I really liked how you made the skirt longer, it looks so much more classy 😊. Love your new hair color btw. I did my hair that color a few years ago, and my son had the biggest fit that I had to remove it. He hates unnatural hair colors 😢. I’m thinking about juts chocolate brown now and haven’t done anything with my hair in a couple of years. Great video sweetie 💗

When I was 7 my mum dropped me off at school with waist length dark blonde hair. She picked me up with a black pixie cut. I was like "what have you done?!"

Your edits are always so amazing! I especially loved the ones at the end. I think the skirt you chose for the last Barbie is called a pencil skirt (it’s one of the few clothes items I know 😅)

Which yknow-isnt what alternative is abt , alternative is first and formost abt music & politics
