9:58 tips for dieting. Fill your stomach up with low calorie stuff like diet soda, sparkling water, fruit and vegetables etc. Watermelon is really sweet and satisfying but is relatively low calorie. Also lots of meat. Lean chicken doesn't have much calories but having lots of meat in your belly really helps. The idea is to make yourself feel full. Sounds obvious, but it works for me. Caffeine is also a good appetite suppressant. I'm a bit of a amateur bodybuilder so I diet quite a lot.
Animal fats are where it's at. You eat animal fats - you produce enzymes to break down fats which when after you've digested the lard, it breaks down your own fat stores. I eat lots of animal fats and never feel hungry and am lean AF.
Don’t drink diet, water or black coffee, and don’t eat sugar! You’ll drop tons of weight just from that if you’re like me haha

Dad of 4 year old twins here, yes temptation is high but you work hard as a dad and you should reward yourself....with a gym membership 😉 But you know whats funny ? Getting a LOT of attention from women when playing outside with my kids, it has to be something biological because I didn't get this much attention when I was single. Not complaining

I'm not a father, but I am a son who's done pretty well with the sweets.
You may have heard the saying "everything is poison and nothing is poison"
You might want to approach this with that attitude; it's best to make a clear rule about how much unhealthy stuff your son can eat. And when raising him, you could perhaps teach him that you shouldn't eat too much unhealthy stuff.
In my opinion, you can eat unhealthy stuff, just not too much.
That's how it was done for me (it worked well).
