Introduction to Part II of Dr. Karl Hegyi's two part series concerning the evaluation and treatment of patients with problems resulting from biomechanical disharmony. In the two cases covered in this series, while both patients suffer from pain and unattractive smiles, their evaluations lead to very different treatments. Part I demonstrated the evaluation and treatment planning of these two patients. This, Part II demonstrates the clinical skills and concepts for the functional and esthetic treatments of these patients - one who was diagnosed with Posterior Dysfunction and the other with Anterior Dysfunction.
