Thank you! Sadly no, there is not a lot of dark units that reset skill on ougi. It must be a yellow skill to activate Koku passive. Lelouch works but does not give enough battery to loop like H. Yuni.
Because Koku requires Yellow Skill to gain Charge Bar. You can maybe get by with Pandemonium but she may not ougi everyturn to cancel plain damage. MC should have enough Charge Gain to ougi.
