    So, in a healthy person the hsl makes ffa that the liver can use as food. But in over fed or insulinemia state, the liver is over loaded and sends out overloaded vldl? The lpl can't use enough of the trigs, so more small dense ldl?

    This is not a very good video explanation of type 2 Diabetes. There should have been an explanation of why the cycle is vicious, which I'm assuming is because it leads to obesity and diabetes.

      It explains what happens to "fatty acids" in type 2 Diabetes. It's not meant to be an explanation of the entire disease.

      mister E I think it may be better to focus on the pathways of the liver. Reduce esterification and increase fatty acid oxidation -> no VLDL. What’s interesting is it sounds like to do that you’d have to decrease the insulin, which would prevent the whole dysfunction to begin with.
