Only difference is this wording. Also take into account difference between black and green version , thet was mentioned in a video.
I just discovered this model and lucked out finding one on Amazon. They are getting scarce.
It's really nice watch - normal size , sapphire , 20 mm lugs , top level of finishing . Just movement is not top grade , 4R35 .

50mm . Wears smaller because of very curved shape !

What different the old one and new one? .....I saw "presage" word on the face it's different.
Nata Nat 67 and 65 has "presage" on the face , 07 and 05 has not . 67 and 65 has word "automatic" in regular font , 07 and 05 in italic font .

The original SARG009 bracelet can fit in ?
I'm 99 % sure that it do not fit . Sarg009 has very flat case/lugs , but these watches has stongly curved lugs. So , end-links will not fit .
I have 03 and 07; and they are beautiful on the wrist. The pictures or the videos dont justice to this watch!
True ! I would say , visually it is Rolex level .
