Took my bike in for the clutch. Weird notch feeling once the bike heats up. Dropped the bike off and still waiting 5 days later nothing…. Ugh 3300 miles
i bought a 2024 Ducati Diavel V4 5 weeks ago. been absolutely loving it! I cant wait to upgrade the exhaust soon too! why did you go the Termignoni dragster exhaust over the Akrapovic racing exhaust?
I chose the Termingnoni because I believe it is the loudest. Also i could do the work myself as it does not replace the headers since it is a 1/2 exhaust. Gets rid of the catalytic converter, butter fly valve fairly easily. Taking the actual headers off is a pain in rear end. Also there is a full re map available from remap .com which is easy to do with their phone app over blue tooth. I run mine without the dB killers to get max volume.
I had the 1260s and now the V4. I like the v4 better because it handles like a sport bike, I love the look, it accelerates so smoothly you're in triple digits without knowing it, and I absolutely love the stock quad exhaust. My only gripes are the stock exhaust could have been louder, and the 1260s had more torque. I miss that blast of torque but the V4 is faster and smoother. My friend has full exhaust and BT tune and it brings back the torque and makes the bike much more fierce. So if I get that done to my bike, I won't have any gripes at all about the v4.
@@DucatiDiaries Great to know the V4 handles more like a sport bike than the 1260S. I've been considering buying a low mileage 1260S to save money, but as a long time sports bike rider, your comment has helped me decide to buy a V4. Thanks.
@@PecheurAnglais Enjoy and ride safe. I just got my BT Moto tune and I'm planning on uploading the review next week if you're interested. I heard it really makes the bike what it should be.
Those that have Ducati and service them properly, always tell me when I meet them on rides, never had a problem..... those that never owned a Ducati, always say don't buy it, it is not reliable... Old myths die slowly
Thanks for the vids been watching them all
I really like the vinyl decals. Did you custom cut the vinyl yourself or did you buy a kit?

Where can we get that front bag ?
you are cool!!
I would like to see you get a Diavel 1260s and see how you feel about it compared to the v4. Or the Desertx.

I will borrow one of those bikes from the local dealership and let you know.

This is very true, if you maintain the Ducati they are very reliable.
