I can't get over how beautiful the screen and the iMac is. I got the M3 in lowest version and it's no problem. I only really surf the web and that display. I am loving it.

I've been a PC user for years, primarily because of gaming and IT-related tasks like running virtual machines. But now, it's time to switch over to a Mac. I barely game anymore and am more focused on graphics and editing, so the new M3 iMac, with its powerful performance and simple setup, is a great fit. While it may not surpass my 2019 i9 MacBook Pro with 32GB of RAM and an 8GB AMD Radeon GPU, it's still a solid all-in-one option. I'm going to miss using my Razer keyboard and mouse, but I can still use them on the go with my Microsoft Surface Pro!

I unboxed my purple beauty this thursday. I was so impressed by the boxing. I paid for an ugraded model vs. the base model. Only disappointment (i've had macbooks and macs in the past) is the mouse is still as annoying as ever.If you're doing heavy computing that mouse will cause you carpel tunnel. So naturally I bought a purple colored ergonomic mouse. I bought a super cute skin for the magic keyboard matching the purple theme. But there's little magic to the magic keyboard. No risers underneath so it sits super flat to desk. I love the touch key that unlocks the computer without using a password, but you can also unlock it with your apple watch. So I will probably sell both the watch and the keyboard and replace both with practical ones. The M3 chip is super fast and I find the change from application to applications is seemless.I love that it also connects to my iPad and iPhone. The other downer is the monitor is not touch screen, it isn't height adjustable. I am enjoying it though.

its great but ask yourself again whether you really dont game, 2200$ is alot and you can game cyberpunk full graphics with it, with proper audio too
imac is better then windows when it come to creative environments but they suck on gaming
imac is for the type of people who need to do some video eding or even bruning cds i world go for a imac if i need to burn a music disc or reocding videos on RUclips to post things
imac is very good for the professional and creative environments
imac were never made for gaming even though they very very good on everthing else they have some games but they games are small compare to windows there were more made for a studio if u need to make a video on youtube or brun a cd music thats the type of thing i world use imac over computer or if i need to do school work that anther thing i world use imac for over a windows.

@@nqzz9675 it world run roblox and sims 4 very well and minecraft world be great but no shaders they were not build for gaming
a windows computer world be a better choice if you are going to be playing games like those

I switched to Mac a long time ago. I have a MacBook Pro M2 1TB SSD 16GB Ram and it's the best laptop I've ever owned. I'm thinking about getting an iMac.

not the computer to buy if gaming is your primary concern. please do some research
You can game on it. But you should avoid getting 8gb of ram one. Go with at least 16GB. Then you’ll be fine

Is 256gb enough for an iMac ?
No. 256GB is limiting. There’s a reason why my iMac has 512GB, but it’s connected to a 2TB SSD tho.
