Alex Hormozi is the most underrated person on RUclips. I've watched a lot of business coaches online because I really enjoy sharing that mindset but I don't think I've ever watched an Alex Hormozi video I didn't like. Recycling old videos based on ratings is absolutely brilliant too btw. Satisfies the algorithm and helps the new people discover the old content without sorting through as much.
It's amazing that you spent the day and did a bunch of lessons and then broke them down into vid shorts to release a little at a time. You definitely have a TON of head knowledge and life experience in such a short time of being here on this planet at 32 years of age. GOOD FOR YOU and for us to learn from! Thank you!
Never rely on contracts/agreement ("We have this agreement, you have to stay with me") - provide value to make them stay with you. Never take your customers/partners/employees for granted. People will always act on their own best interest. Make "being with you" their best interest because you provide so much. Always be consistent with providing. If you habe high churn (in whatever area) you are not good enough/do not provide enough value.
It doesn't help to provide value if the other is self-centered, delusional, or deceitful - they'll milk you for the value, and ask for more. It has to be reciprocal. Suckers just provide - you have to setup a correct incentive structure and consequences for breaking the contract.
Absolutely right on, and why 90% of the companies I provide coaching and training for keep me on for an average of three years! I couldn't have said it better. And being married now for 45 years, my husband and I have always tried to out give one another! And yes, it is ALL Biblical: " For if you give, you will get! Your gift will return to you in full and overflowing measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use to give-large or small-will be used to measure what is given back to you.” Luke 6:38
I read your book last week and have been consuming everything you've put out. You're truly too good to be real Alex. Intelligent, charismatic, a self made success and giving so much value to us still at the start of our journey. In a world full of one dimensional pundits and empty influencers, you're the whole package. I hope to be as successful as I can to give my kids the chance to become the next Alex Hormozi. Scratch that, I HAVE to be.
I completely agree. I am in real estate in Durango CO. We are taught that we should get buyers to sign a buyer agency immediately. My approach is more like what you talked about. Ultimately if the customer and I are aligned and connected the customer will want to work with me. If the buyer/customer doesn't want to work with me we are probably not a good fit. Also, I completely agree that we have to earn our customers every day and count on the fact that people will always act in their best interest. Very good and valid points. Ok, a lot of value in here. It makes total sense how your mindest got you where you are right now. But first questio that came to mind is how do you balance being happy and having this fear/anxiety that any day your business will be taken away if you become lazy. I will definitely apply your mindset tips. Maybe then I have more perspective.

My point being that he cares down to the point of knowing and remembering what his baseline employees kids birthday birthday Balloon color is...I think it's often these small things that shows the depth of a character...I would be like I can't even remember what I had for dinner last night let alone my senior employee's birthday cake's name... The 4B man mentioned something also like it only takes about 40 years of doing the same little I give a you know...to enjoy life aka walking into a company in Hawaiian gear and telling people what to do maybe it was a childhood dream (I don't know or maybe its one of those adult fantasy scenarios)...the boring work calls again but do you swipe left or right? Bezos and Gates shared their secrets of doing their home dishes...it's an interesting game...gotta beat this boss

Now not only have they lost a buyers monthly payments, but they've made an enemy out of that former revenue stream who likely publicly advocates against the brand they represent. EX: LA Fitness has turd personal trainers in Tuscon, don't go there. Chuze Fitness has all the same services with a better atmosphere, go there.
