I found it a lovely place to relax..was there about 5 years ago and will return. Unfortunately i booked a hotel just outside but will book a hotel in the central area. Thanks for video and info.
Im planning to visit Jonkoping next year2024 from Arizona USA! I would love any advice on how to get from Gothenburg to Jonkoping. Which train or bus site? Also, any suggestions on hotels or where to stay 😊
It’s coming at the beginning of September, so we can take you along the next big kickoff in Jönköping and show you how the best start of your University life looks like!!!
Very interesting video. Can you also provide information about part-time jobs in Jönköping. And how it is to combine study and work in Sweden. Thanks again)
Hi there have you any advice or can you advise me please....my daughter went last week to jonkoping on erasmus until Christmas and is very unhappy lonely and scared as she has been placed in.Raslett on her own depite requesting to stay in.Linsen or knupasbriken with a fellow Irish student we have contacted the accommodation office several times and they have not replied she has gone to the office also and they are ignoring her I am extremely worried about her and am really disappointed at how how the university is not making any effort to try and help a student who is in.jonkoping on her own and is unhappy and nervous in a foreign country for the first time have you any suggestions as how we can.find accomodation ourselves closer to the university /city centre as being forced to live somewhere a student is unhappy and afraid is not acceptable.
I totally understand your concern, the selections at the beginning of the year are just showing your preferences, but theoretically it is possible to get any accomodation, how it must've been the case for your daughter. However there is a website called studio.se where you can find accommodation in Jönköping separate from the uni and often in the city centre and maybe try to contact the landlord of Raslätt as well, they might be able to help you too
Hi, I'm also an exchange student studying in Jönköping with an Erasmus scholarship. I feel the same way as your daughter even though I'm staying in Linsen. If she still feels lonely and the accomodation office still didn't try to help her I would love to help her out and meet with her, maybe to cook together or something if you're okay with that! :)
Most people in Sweden when they here Jönköping will probably think of religon, it's the center of the "Swedish bible belt" and is called "Smålands Jerusalem". You could atlest google the place befour making the video lol. sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sm%C3%A5lands_Jerusalem
Born and raised in Jönköping. Such a lovely town :)
Great video guys! Gives me some ideas for a weekend visit!
My final ancestor from Sweden (before relocating to America) is from just outside this city. Awesome tour!
Thinking about moving to jönköping, my family moved to America from jönköping in the late 1890s and I want to see where my family is from
Nice chapter! Keep it up guys.. hope to see some more videos about Jönköping 💪🏼...

Easiest is definitely FlixBus, should cost around 10€ and takes about 1,5 hours
Otherwise you could also try Omio or Bus4You
We are interested to learn more about the Kickoff!!!

Hi. I can't find accommodation and I'm desperate. Could you give me some guidance or information to achieve something?
I'll be coming to Sweden by August by God's grace. Can I cope there with just English
yes for sure, it usually is no problem at all
Coverage is reasonably good. It would have been better if more focus is given to visuals coupled with your comments
Appreciate the feedback and will definitely include some more visuals into our next videos! Thank you so much 🤩
Is it easy to find part time jobs in jonkoping?
depends on your previous experience and the lenght of your stay here, but it is definitely manageabale, even when you don't speak swedish
Ihr habt frei gesprochen, gut in die Klasse geschaut und deutlich geredet.
ich würde eine 1 geben
Aber mit Sternchen bitte ⭐️
How about the english language usage
Super easy, everyone speaks English here
