I remember Simon stating in his matter-of-fact way on a vlog at the toboggan course that on huge downhill shots, putters have the potential to go further than drivers. Although the last throw of yours was insane. So I guess the jury is still out.
If this was RUclips 5 years ago (or maybe more idk,) with that title, this video would be viral. Can we go back?
It's just crazy that I didn't know you had a Disc Golf channel considering how much time I spend on youtube watching tour coverage. Awesome stuff, so keep it up, cause I want more! Haha
Yes!!! I've been looking for pros to release more footage of huge downhill throws. If you ever get to a place like this with a darker backdrop of greenery (so the disc is easier to see) it could be even more awesome. Great stuff!
With the right wind and a light weight mamba you could throw it 1300 ft off that mountain. Wind has to pick up right when the disc flips

Man I want to launch one off an elevation like that! I'm gonna be in Kansas in June working on a hotel. There is a field right behind it, I'm gonna launch a disc off the top of the 4 story hotel and see how far it goes! Hopefully the wind is similar to the wind in Emporia! LOL!

When throwing downhill you should aim downward and let the disc do the work
I think that's called littering.
I ONCE THREW OFF A 3K FOOT LEDGE--ONLY 1 OF 3 WENT THE DISTANCE--THE DISC JUST STOP SPINNING AFTER AWHILE
