Rick I really enjoy your BATGAPs. this is the first time that I had to comment. Richard Lang was as genuine and humble as I've seen. what a wonderful message and interview. thanks!

Haven't seen this yet but just excited to see Richard being interviewed on BATGP. Met him at a workshop last year out in Philadelphia area. What a great guy......and the work he's been carrying on for Mr. Harding I think is so key to many in providing an understanding of who we are and the potential it all. Cuts away a lof of the BS and dogma (IMO) I see in so many spiritual teachings and gives such a different perspective.

What a relaxing two hours in the "space"! For those who sometimes lament that Rick talks too much and doesn't leave space for his interviewees, here is the proof that when a guest has such depth, intelligence, confidence and enthusiasm the interview flows like oil, and you can sense that Rick actually prefers it this way - I wish you more of this kind of enlightening guests, Rick! :)

This is the ultimate Batgap interview! After so many talks of conceptual nature, this one is an interview where the viewer can leave having actually seen his/her true nature, maybe for the first time - nothing less!

Thanks Rick....I was lucky enough to attend several workshops with Richard. Richard is a modern day mystic only unlike the mystics of yore, that pointed at the truth, Richard gets us to do the pointing so that we see for our selves.
There really are not enough good words to say about Richard or what he does. Genius is an over used word but Douglas Harding was a Genius and Richard has added to the Headless Way his own brilliance, love, humility and humour.

I was saying the same thing in my mind and then you said it here. Everyone IS the ONE…. And only when we can understand that we are All parts of the Whole can we understand our ONENESS in everything and in Relation to everything.. just like the drop the the ocean who holds the whole ocean in the drop but can only know itself in relation to everything else contained there, both visible and invisible and more truth in the invisible to the eye 👁️ and nowingness in that which is only known… I call it peace

anyone who liked this, read 'The light that I am' by J.C. Amberchele....great book about seeing this from inside prison, and realising that he's not in prison, but the prison is actually 'in' him :-)

Lovely interview again and so synchcronistic as I have long been thinking of Douglas' teachings. I read his small book "the trial of the man who said he was God" which I loved and which I have oft thought I'd like to put on as a play. Can't seem to find a copy of it in any shape of form. Anyone have any ideas where I can find?

David - we will be re-publishing The Trial...

FacelessFilmsSpanish Wonderful news. Any chance of it going up as an e-book? Are you aware of anyone doing it as a play? I think it could be extremely effective if done well.

David Watermeyer Yes, we will publish it as an ebook as well. It was performed as a play at a gathering in France back in the 1990s.

It's funny that Richard dismissed the "Radiating", because he radiates peace like few people I've ever seen! I still don't have a clue what he's on about, but he seems to have what we're all looking for, and plenty to spare. His disinterest in money is all the confirmation you need IMHO. The Real Deal.

48:00 - 49:00 "as a species we haven't been here before" Well we certainly haven't been anywhere near here before unless there were civilizations unknown to us that were wiped out. In the days before the internet, teachings could easily get lost or were misunderstood due to lack of any comparative teachings. Now in the global age all teachings are available to us and I am certain that which doesn't stand the test is going to fall away. The days of "this is the only truth or way" are going to die a slow but sure death in my opinion. Not there isn't going to be a heck of lot of kicking and screaming in the interim.

*Roughly a 3.0 - 3.2 on the -4 to +4 scale* _(for explanation and disclaimers please see the end of the comment)_
Good one ! I sort of gave the "+ 0.2" margin for the cosmological potential in Douglas Harding's teaching itself, as mentioned in "The Hierarchy of Heaven and Earth". Wish Lang would have expanded on that, as well as expanded on his own insights and if and how there may have been a benchmark insight in his life. This has the potential for a 3.5 .
_About the rating: anything below and including +1 means by and large a waste of time, and anything below 0 is not only worthless but damaging to the world. For comparison, on that scale, Francis Bennett would be a +3 or more and Harri Aalto would be roughly a tentative +3-3.5. Not coming up with original, independent cosmological insights bans any interviewee from > 3.0 ratings as a matter of principle._
*General Disclaimer:* the rating _pertains to an interview, not to the interviewee_. If the rating is high it means merely and exclusively that I consider the interview to be of high value relative to the stated purpose of the channel, and that it is therefore no waste of time to listen to the interview. It would _not_ imply that whatever the interviewee speaks is the truth (as if I was the arbiter over that) or that you should follow him/her or accept whatever that person offers. _That is particularly in need of emphasis if that would be an expensive enterprise_ !

Whether or not we label and rate a topic, it's the experience itself that is essential. Aslong as you have found something new and potentially mutative/transformative, what more could you want.
